As you browse our products you will see Buy Item links. Clicking on these links does not commit you to buy. The items are simply put into a Shopping Basket. This is just a convenient place to hold your prospective purchases. You can click on the View Basket link on most pages to see your basket contents. The link will also show the quantity and value of items you have in you basket. You can always take items out of your basket by clicking on the remove button on the basket page. If you have registered and logged in but don't want to complete your purchase this visit, we'll remember these items for you and they'll still be here next time you visit.

When you have picked items you like and want to go on to buy these items go to the basket page and check your choices. Under your chosen items you'll see a box to select a country. You should choose the country where your order will be delivered. When you have done this the delivery charge for that country will appear and will be added to your order total. When you are happy with your order click on Proceed to Checkout. (Doing this still does not commit you to buy).

You will now see a form for your personal details. If you have shopped previously and have logged in, your existing details will appear here, otherwise you will need to enter your name, delivery address etc.

At the foot is a button which will take you to the next stage.

Online processing of credit cards is handled by WorldPay. There secure servers and credit card clearing process gives you the best possible security for your credit transaction. We do not hold any information about your credit cards. While all our prices are in Pounds Sterling you will have the option of making your payment in Sterling, Euros or US dollars on the WorldPay page.

Once you have successfully made your payment you will receive confirmation e-mail and you will be able to follow your order progress through our order tracking pages.
